Jeep Collision Repair in Austin & Round Rock
Luxury Auto Body holds a Jeep collision certification in writing. Body-on-frame or unibody, your Jeep is repaired the way Jeep says it should be.

Certified in writing for Jeep collision repair — at both our Austin and Round Rock shops.
What the Jeep certification means
Jeep grants this certification against its own published repair standards, held in writing alongside our Dodge and Fiat certifications.
Jeeps take damage that other vehicles do not — trail rash, roof and pillar work, body mounts that have been loaded hard. They also span two very different constructions, and a shop that treats a unibody Cherokee like a body-on-frame Wrangler will get the structural repair wrong. We identify which vehicle we are actually working on before we quote it.
Every repair carries our Lifetime Written Warranty, and we are a State Farm Select Service shop that works with all major carriers. Estimates are free, and there is no obligation.
Two Jeeps, two completely different repairs
The Wrangler and Gladiator are body-on-frame: a separate ladder frame with the body bolted on top. The Grand Cherokee, Cherokee, Compass and Renegade are unibody, where the body panels and the structure are the same thing. Those are not variations on a theme — they fail differently in a collision, they are measured differently, and the published repair procedures for them have almost nothing in common.
Get that wrong and the error is invisible until it matters. A unibody Jeep that has had a structural rail pulled the way you would straighten a frame is a car that no longer folds the way it was engineered to. So the first thing we establish is which vehicle we actually have — model, year and trim — before anything is quoted or touched.
Aluminum, removable panels, and the sealing that comes after
Depending on model and year, a Jeep may use aluminum for the doors, hood or windshield frame while the rest of the vehicle is steel. Aluminum is a separate discipline: it needs its own tools and its own work area, because steel dust settling on aluminum starts a corrosion problem that surfaces months later, long after the repair looked finished.
The Wrangler's removable doors and roof panels add a second problem. Every one of those joints is a sealing surface, and after a repair the panels have to be aligned and the seals reseated properly or the owner finds out about it in the first Texas thunderstorm. Water leaks are the most common complaint after a badly finished Wrangler repair, and they are entirely avoidable.
Off-road wear is not the same as collision damage
Jeeps arrive with history. Body mounts that have been loaded hard, rocker and pillar damage from trail work, a lift or oversized tires that changed how the vehicle sits. None of that is what your insurer is paying to fix, and we will not quietly fold it into the claim — but it does change how the vehicle measures, so we document it, show it to you, and account for it rather than pretending the vehicle left the factory yesterday.
If your Jeep is modified, tell us at the estimate. Aftermarket bumpers, armor and suspension change the load path in a collision and change what the repair procedure asks for. It is far cheaper to know at the front desk than to discover it with the vehicle in pieces.
