Certified in writing for Infiniti collision repair — at both our Austin and Round Rock shops.

What the Infiniti certification means

Infiniti grants this certification against its own published repair standards, held in writing alongside our Nissan certification.

On an Infiniti the paint and panel work is the product as much as the mechanicals are, and the sensors behind the glass and bodywork have to come back calibrated. We match color to your vehicle rather than to a paint code alone, and we document every operation for your insurer so nothing gets quietly left out of the repair.

Every repair carries our Lifetime Written Warranty, and we are a State Farm Select Service shop that works with all major carriers. Estimates are free, and there is no obligation.

The finish is the product

You did not buy an Infiniti for the sheet metal. You bought it for how the panels sit, how the paint reads in the sun, and how quiet it is at speed — and a collision repair either restores that or it does not. A repair that would pass unnoticed on a work truck is a repair you will see every time you walk up to this car.

Luxury makes commonly use multi-stage finishes, where the color, a mid-coat and the clear all have to be laid down in the right order for the panel to match in daylight. A paint code alone will not get you there — the same code varies with age, sun exposure and where the car was built. We spray a test card, check it against your actual panel, and blend into the adjacent panels rather than stopping at a hard edge that catches the light.

Nissan engineering, held to Infiniti's standard

Infiniti is Nissan's luxury division, and many models share engineering and platforms with their Nissan counterparts. We hold both certifications in writing, which matters more than it sounds: it means we are working from the manufacturer's own published procedures for your specific model and year, rather than approximating from the related Nissan and hoping the differences do not matter.

Depending on model and year, an Infiniti may use aluminum for panels such as the hood or doors on an otherwise steel vehicle. Aluminum is a separate discipline with its own tools and its own work area — steel dust settling on aluminum starts a corrosion problem that only surfaces months later, well after the repair looked finished.

Sensors, and the paperwork nobody else files

Your Infiniti carries cameras, radar and sensors behind the glass and bodywork feeding the driver-assistance systems. Once the parts around them are disturbed, those systems have to be recalibrated to a documented specification before they are reading the road correctly again. We do the bodywork and the recalibration here rather than sending you elsewhere to finish the job.

We also document every operation for your insurer. Calibration, blend panels and corrosion protection are the line items most often left off an estimate — not because they are optional, but because they are easy to omit and nobody notices until later. We put them in writing, and every repair carries our lifetime written warranty.
