We work with all major insurance carriers: we work directly with your insurer, document the damage to their requirements, and bill your insurer directly — so in most cases you pay only your deductible when you pick up the car. When hidden damage turns up after disassembly, and it often does, we photograph it and submit the supplement to your insurer for approval before doing the work. No surprises at the counter.
