Cadillac Collision Repair in Austin & Round Rock
Luxury Auto Body is a GM Certified collision center, which covers Cadillac — repaired and refinished to the standard the vehicle left the factory with.

Certified in writing for Cadillac collision repair — at both our Austin and Round Rock shops.
What the Cadillac certification means
Cadillac is covered by our GM collision certification, held in writing. For a luxury vehicle the finish is part of the product, and the certification sets the standard the repair has to meet before the car goes back to you.
Our GM certification covers Chevrolet, GMC, Cadillac, Buick and Corvette as one standard — so a Cadillac is not an exception here, it is squarely inside what we are certified to repair.
Cadillac interiors and exteriors carry paint finishes and trim that are unforgiving of approximation — a near-match on a metallic or a pearl reads as wrong in daylight even when it looked right under shop lights. Color is matched to the vehicle, not to a code alone, and driver-assistance sensors mounted behind glass and bumper covers are recalibrated when the repair requires it.
Every repair carries our Lifetime Written Warranty, and we are a State Farm Select Service shop that works with all major carriers. Estimates are free, and there is no obligation.
The finish is the reason you bought the car
On a Cadillac the paint and the panel gaps are the product, in a way they are not on a work vehicle. A repair that would pass without comment elsewhere is one you will see every time you walk up to this car, and so will the next buyer.
Cadillac uses metallic and pearl finishes that are unforgiving of approximation — a near-match reads as wrong in daylight even when it looked right under shop lights. We match to your actual panel rather than to the paint code alone: a sprayed test card, checked against the car outside, then blended into the adjacent panels so the repair does not stop at a visible edge.
An Escalade and a CT5 are not the same job
The Escalade is body-on-frame. The CT4 and CT5 sedans and the XT4, XT5 and XT6 crossovers are unibody. GM publishes separate repair procedures for them, and treating one like the other gets the structural repair wrong in a way that is invisible until it matters.
We establish the exact model, year and trim before quoting, then work from the published procedure for that vehicle. Both of our shops hold the same GM certification, so the standard does not change depending on which one is closer to you.
Sensors, and the line items that get left off estimates
A modern Cadillac carries cameras, radar and sensors behind the glass, grille and bumper covers feeding its driver-assistance systems. Once the parts around them are disturbed, those systems have to be recalibrated to a documented specification — otherwise the car is reading the road from the wrong reference point while looking perfectly repaired.
Calibration, blend panels and corrosion protection are the three things most often missing from an estimate. Not because they are optional, but because they are easy to omit and nobody notices until later. We document them for your insurer and put them in writing, and every repair leaves with our lifetime written warranty.
